[0.7] key binding bug

Build industry and Decrease underground view are both binded to " ( "
Toggle vehicle tool tips and build attractions are both binded to " / "
climate settings and build high voltage transmission line are both binded to " l " (lower case L)

I don't know if this is a bug or done on purpose
tree editor is binded to I umlaut " ï " , which is not a standard key on english keyboards

Hmm, that's odd: the "(" key seems only to be used for simple tool no. 15, as in menuconf.tab:

Edit: Hmm - oddly, though, this does seem to show up for both - perhaps a clash of base and pakset menuconf.tabs. I shall replace ( and ) with { and } for the next version of Pak128.Britain-Ex. Thank you for the report.

(Incidentally - might this issue also be present in the Standard version?)
