While such boat lifts exist on more places, this is probably the only one with a turntable! Wow

We have in Poland old canal near city of Elbląg. There are five boat-lifts powered with water. Lift aren't so big, as Krasnojarsk's one but also interesting. System can transport small units.

It is photo-worthy milestone in rather big transportation project. They are transporting new turbines for Sayano–Shushenskaya Dam (photo session(click at 29 photo), big photo) here. Tracing says only 22km out of 5926 left.
