Have you a screenshot between high towers? You can build the towers with the map-editor ... press P and you will see it in main-menu.

It is sure that building is very interesting - but (and I don't know why) it seems to me that top roof is a little deformed - shifted to side. But it may be caused by its base shape.

you mean (pyramid at the highest). if so, in what sense is deformed?

Looks good, but I think you should make it bigger.

The windows are a bit to little, if you compare it with other buildings. Can you make all blocks higher? Only the last (highest block) has a good high.

Yes - its top is a little shifted from center axis - but it can be only illusion.

@sojo

Not to lose the style it is better to redo the whole building. from the base to the top.

no problem, only took me about 3 hours all the work.

larger scale is easier to work.

and I have the weekend to work, this and other ...

@VaclavMacurek, in the next version I will try to improve that

Thanks - I think that is is caused mostly by that straight line on edge between eastern and southern side - where it seem that each of them has different base line - and it is what makes me a little upset.  ;)

The shape is really interestingly. But I agree with sojo on making it bigger.
And about the pyramid roof, maybe removing the black central line will help.

... or make that pyramid more deformed - and then it would be really comic - but this would be done elsewhere - it means building made in comic style - because this building looks quite seriously - regardless of comic face.

The style is good for comic, but one think: you need at roof no black line in the middle. The shadow give you enough contrast.

Edit: The roof is really awry. Try to make the same length and depth at the highest block.

Now the tower is great. And the umbrellas are from Bergente.
And that res building with underground garage is an incredible idea, I think it's the first I ever saw on Simutrans.

Seeing this house I have a small suggestion: look for functionalist buildings. I think that functinalism is a style that would fit to this pakset wonderfully - for simplicity of shapes of buildings. And comic style of this pakset would be used on those buildings quite easily.

You may look into topic Bâtiments Français of French board. I linked there few functionalist buildings.

And this may be not functionalism - but...

Building semi-functionalist

With some elements functionalists, but with a high degree of conventionality introduced them this simple building multi-family.

In this project there is influence of the style of alexander brose.

Greetings.

really nice  :o

The wall on the back on the roof could be a little bit darker to distinguish it from the snow.
