It should go into official pakset.
I was thinking of a collection of supertalls coded as monuments.
Like this, the biggest cities would indeed have a unique skyline.

e.g.
Chrysler Building
Burj Khalifa
Willis (SEARS) Tower
Chrysler Building
Bank of China Tower
Petronas Towers
Two IFC
Guangzhou IFC 
Empire State Building

Joker has (already) created also:
Chrysler Building, TransAmerica pyramid, Alte Oper (Frankfurkt am Main, Germany), Safeco field, Seattle Justice Center ... and may be some other. Most (excepting Seattle Justice Center) of them is available on addons.simutrans.com.

Ah - thanks Vaclav for coincidentally letting me discover [addons.simutrans.com]. Congratulations to Fabio too for breaking the 1000 mark
I'll probably get around to putting up Joker's Seattle Justice Center too so everyone can enjoy it, since it isn't on the addons site.

Unfortunately [addons.simutrans.com] only has the pak files, I couldn't find the sources of Chrysler, just of CN Tower :(
