There is an old copy & paste typo in simcity.cc. See the attached patch. Can this be submitted? Or will this throw balance off of com vs ind vs res buildings ?

I am not that smart myself, the error was found by clang compiler :)

I always though we got very little industry since some time. Should go in, imho.
