Strange behaviour of underground trains

Problem:
Train A was stopped by opening schedule window to allow new trains to enter circuit (from depot via tunnel entrance)
Train B however is running straight through A instead of waiting behind it.

I think this is something different; even under this conditions the first vehicle shoud reserve a track.
