Move public player

I think it is quite reasonable to move the public player to the bottom or top of the player list, with some kind of separator, to separate it from normal player.
What do you think?

It makes sense let it separate, but I worry that Simutrans start with the first player in the list rather than a selected one.
I would keep it in the top, but I guess the way it is was made for faster user changing. And the first human player in online games is the spectator.
