r2166 - permanent night

I downloaded and compiled r2166, but, when I ran it, the main window was entirely black apart from the colours marked to be permanently full-bright. I tried with both pak64 and pak128, with the same results.

delete all default.sve /display.sve in the My DOcuments resp. ~simutrans
