[10.27] Industry upgrades does not update goods type

On the server game, the builder's yard in chercaster only consumes wood, despite being upgraded to a modern one which consumes bricks, wood, etc.

It used to consume stone, but this is now bugged and consumes zero, despite it saying 4293197824
