Dialog height fixes

Those patches fixes the sizing of two dialog windows.

station_building_select: Height was not correct with more than two views. Location of images uses other elements from the array.

sprachen: height of the options should be the maximum between Linespace and Checkbox. Added L_ to DIALOG_WIDTH, to follow the "standard".
