Dialog layout fix for 64 size pakset

Simutrans-extended dialog window has some text/button collision (or text invisibility) in the 64-size pakset game play.


I threw a pull request.


Further adjustment is required for depot dialog. (´・ω・｀)

I am very sorry, I noticed my mistake.
Although I checked the display in English, I missed the mistake because I did not update old en.tab of testing folder.
