Nightly builds do not compile

It seems that the nightly Windows builds have not compiled properly since January 28th. The build currently available on the server is revision e24449c from that date.

This is very odd - I have re-compiled this manually on the server simply by running the nightly script from the command line, and we now seem to have the latest version. I am not sure what the problem was, but it seems to be fixed now.
