Cities make weird bridges

James,
I saw a very weird bridge which is made by a city. see below:

The bridge starts from a flat tile, but the end tile has half-height slope.

Interesting. I do not believe that I have modified the code dealing with this, although I am not entirely sure now.

Can anyone confirm whether this can be reproduced in Standard?
