From posts in forum i understand that destination map in city's dialog supposed to support zooming. In my games i see the whole map only and it is useless to me, as i am not able to zoom in to see clearer.
(How do i see version i play while play?)
simutrans --help gives

Sorry that you are having trouble. I think that there may be some slight misunderstanding. To get a zoomable version of this map, use the normal minimap (shortcut key "m"), select "show legend", select "destinations", then click on the town hall of the city whose destinations you want to see. You can close the city window after doing this and the minimap will still show you the destinations - you can zoom as much as you like on the minimap; but you cannot zoom the map display in the city dialogue (although you can, if you go to the "passenger destination" tab and enlarge the window, make the map bigger).

Can I also check - are you using Standard or Extended? The help output that you are getting is from Standard, but you posted in the Extended bug reports board.
Download Simutrans-Extended.

Are you sure that simutrans --help launches the same simutrans-extended binary?
I'd expect a different output.
Anyways, the extended version is not quite meaningful. Most commits do not increase the version number. Usually, only changes that affect the savegame structure will change the version number.

The most precise version number is the (shortened) git commit hash on the top of the window.
