Night illumination
« on: June 22, 2009, 10:17:07 PM »
I have just noticed that the night illumination does not work in Pak128.Britain - I think that there are supposed to be special colours used in windows, etc., which remain bright when the day/night cycle cycles to the night. Was this intended or is it an accidental omission?

the special colours for lights are actually quite light greys (even the dark one) which I don't think quite go with the style.  I haven't done too much on it, so if you (or anyone else) wants to play with any of the buildings / vehicles and see what it looks like with night lights on, then by all means and post screenshots here and then we can have a discussion.  Mostly I haven't bothered (and a number of objects have special colours in the wrong place and get very sparkly at night!) - the exception is the modern runway and taxiway which have lights added.

You can process the images in tilecutter to remove special colours :)

Erroneous special colours should now be removed in r178 for the next release
