[102-2-2 Problem] Force timeline to any savegame

Problem:
When you load your savegame which was saved without timeline, timeline will be changed to ON after loading.

There are 2 ways to solve this problem.
Workaround:
- Click Use choronology from year every time before loading your savegame.

Solution:
- Open config/simuconf.tab with text editor.
- Change from use_timeline = 1 to use_timeline = 2.

In this solution, you don't need to click off every time anymore.

It's only possible for nightlies 3132 and after versions.
