Maybe there is an error in the dat file.
So that a single powerline is displayed as an icon.

Image[-]=way-power_lines-128.0.2 should be Image[-]=way-power_lines-128.0.1

Must be a bug in the dat file.  Rather busy right now so if anyone has time to fix it first, please post a fixed dat here and I'll incorporate it into SVN.
