[r3488] Key processing inside textbox

When changing minimum load % in "line management" -> "update line" dialog, keys are processed inside the text box and also outside.

I mean, I type "8" and it appears the "8" number inside text box, but also the map moves up (8=up arrow); if I press backspace, the last character is deleted, but it also closes all windows.
