in the airports'tools of pak128 there is a "modern_runway-extMrkLgt", I looked for that on the wiki, tryed to uderstand what is it but I can't understand, what is this tool ?

It's just for more realistic looks. Improved runway lights and markings. You can build it like catenaries on railway tracks - except that they don't electrify anything and that you're supposed to leave the end tiles out (like the cursor shows you).

Yes, a way-object (didn't remember the word somehow... my break from ST is getting too long  ) but one without any real function - it's just for the looks.
