r4303 Win - Words on menu was German in English interface

i am not sure but when i started up 110.0 i noticed the words on menu was german - i have english version
i was wondering if its bug or its was something on computer? - i installed using Online installer
and also when in game - the town names are Simcity
i use Britain 128 Pak


but problems with forum - i tried to attach screenshots - i used be attach them fine but its won't allow the big attachments here

I think you're using C-English and not English, try changing it. Here's how:
Click on the first button with a big diskette, open Sprache and choose English.

thanks - i don't know why C-english was default but i suggest removing c-english off from it making sure only english

deleting text/ce.tab would make this option vanish. It seems like this file was included in the zips accidentally.

ce.tab is included, but zh.tab no.
