I'm planning to develop a 128 scale pakset, but don't have an empty pak128 template. Is there one of these?
I found one for Pak64 (http://igoreliezer.com/pakBrasil/Recursos/pak64Test.zip)

I don't think there is a "template", but pak128 and pak128.britain are both available as sources, so you can start there.
