Game #2 has corrupted so it is over. Now we look to been rescued and is continuing. Meanwhile we can start planning game #3.

I suggest we play game #3 with the same map, territories, and rules as game #2 (i.e. these).

However I think we should change some game parameters:
1. City cars turned off
2. City growth rates reduced by 95% (from 400/200/100 to 8000/4000/2000)
3. Reduce industry growth rate - if we reduce city growth rates do we need to change this or should we leave it at 5000?

Your thoughts on any or all of the above?

Also: players wanting a particular territory/task combination in game #3, you can state your preference in this thread.

IMO, don't reduce city growth that much, maybe just 80-90%, so 4000/2000/1000 (90%) or 2000/1000/500 (80%). Industry growth is up to you. If you leave it at 5000, then it will also be reduced by the same percentage. If lots of people want to do Industry, then maybe lower it just a bit to 4000, or Increase the goods_multiplier so industrial transport will have more of an effect on growth.

Maybe I just don't see it, but where is the city cars setting in that dialogue? (or do you need to edit simuconf first and then press that button?)

I would like West pax.

Ditto with 50. I think we should not reduce it so much. 2000/1000/500 (80%) should be good, I think.
I don't even bother with the original value. I got used with the fast growing city of multiplayer.

I only can found one that should be working.
On New Game dialog -> Settings -> Economy and Cities -> citycar_level
But yes, new game... :o

Not sure with the one in Display Settings.

I would like West pax.

80% reduction in city growth sounds fine to me.

Are we happy to tweak the number and size of regions according to who signs up, or continue with the limit of 8 territory/task combinations? My preference would be to try to accommodate as many players as want to join.
