r2109 and after - Questions about the map

As You can see in the photo, the top side is using 99.17.1 pak128, down side is using 100.1 nightly pak128
map number is 504 and the size is 1280x1280, the map from top side is the original look,
but since 100.1-r2109, the map gets a different look and the result just like the down side without any editing.

I don't know it is a bug or not so i posted here, if i posted wrong, please move to right boards.

maybe the bottom map was created with a higher water level?

No the new water level is one higher; the old level was one off, but this was not important as long as nobody wanted to enlarge the map. But this can be easily fixed by a new default value.

How to do ?

Start a new game. The rightmost of the three windows that appear contains climate information. The first item is "water level" (or something alike in your language). Drop that one down and start the new game. Then enjoy your map again...
