Donwload links stopped working

For some reason, I can no longer download anything, using links in release announcement. Browsing the sf.net folders and downloading from there works.

The links are identical, though. Could it be that remote download links are no longer allowed?

Many of the links in the release announcement are wrong - pointing to /112-2/ directory instead of /112-3/ ...
Those with correct links download ok for me.
