[0.9.0] Train Depot (Diesel), without Diesel locomotives?

In year 1933 (or 1930?) to 1937 (possibly beyond this range), there is a Train Depot (Diesel), but there are no Diesel locomotives and only 2 passenger carriages that has power (and cannot have anything attached behind).

Is it by error or anything? ...

This is intended - this is all that was produced by way of main line diesel rail vehicles in the UK in that period.
