When I switch game speed from fast to normal, simulation stops an very slow speed up to normal simulation. But this bug unable me to move window and use cursor (1FPS) before game get normal speed.
Previously I think that is depended my hardware but when I observing process time (in Process Explorer) game have VERY LOW CPU usage (aprox. 1-3%). Before [11.22], Simutrans get more CPU time and simulation works smoothly.

Thank you for your report. By "fast" here, do you mean the fast-forward mode? Does this happen every time that you come out of fast forward mode in any circumstances, or only in some circumstances? If only in some circumstances, may I ask what those circumstances are?

This "slowdown" appear every time when I back form FastForward to normal simulation (from Normal to FastForward is ok). Is not depend any specific circumstances.

Generally Simutrans not use CPU more than background apps even I do heavy operations in simulation (for example: enlarge map or increase industry)

jamespetts

Hmm - I cannot reproduce this, I am afraid: fast forwarding for a few seconds on the Pak128.Britain-Ex 0.9.1 demonstration map and returning to normal speed works without difficulty, and the normal speed is responsive.

Ok. Its my fault. Graphics driver failed.

But other thing is loading saves window. On original simutrans this windows shows immediately, on Simutrans-Ex - I must wait much time longer.

Does rebooting your computer fix this for a while? If so, I have that happen to me occasionally.

Teokryt

Yes, full reboot computer and simulation back to normal.
But continuously I thinking about performance of simutrans, at large maps with hundreds thousands of pax and hunndered of convois do framedrop, but not usage CPU properly (low CPU time)
