PAK64 Licences

Hello, just a quick question regarding licences:


Whats the deal with using pak64 as a base for a whole new pakset?


Specifically I'm interested in using ground/climate tiles in my Pak64.GB project and they would be part of the set once it is finished.


Eventually, all buildings, bus, rail, tram, air, docks will eventually be replaced but initially I'd be looking to include sea, air, bus, tram and dock work with the pakset while I work on those during the year.
