For Telegram users, I have set up a channel and group.

Basically, this is how it works:

1. Everyone can chat in the Group
2. Admins can post in the Channel. In the Channel, for each chat, there's a "Comment" link. That takes you to a threaded chat related to that topic.

However, such comments appear in the Group and look like an individual reply to the topic. So those comments are scattered around in the Group, but threaded (one single thread) if you access from the Channel.

Just... be aware of that, basically.
