As of to-morrow's nightly build, the speed limit of the unsurfaced road will increase from 12km/h to 14km/h. This will allow for the Cleveland Bay horses, which can travel at up to 14km/h, to be useful.
You will still need the MacAdam road to get the best out of the later generation, 18km/h, stage coaches and horses.
