How to do an Way Pak Data?

Good day

I found noise barriers on the Japanese site https://japanese.simutrans.com/index.php...1#v3372380 and here the edited PNG and DAT files. Unfortunately I can't add them to the pak file on online-dat and I don't get along with Makeobj at all because the program closes immediately and I don't have anything else to do with programs and programming. Hence my questions: Under which category do the noise barriers for the street count and how can I convert them to the pak file?

Sorry, but the link you have provided doesn't seem to be valid.

makeobj is a commandline tool.
You need to run it from the commandline. If you run it without any arguments, which happens when you simply double click it, the usage will be printed to the terminal.
