[r10618] Toggle pause has no effect

Clicking the toggle pause button in the top toolbar does not pause the game. Same for the 'p' shortcut.

ANother victim of my try of more responsive mouse movements even under heavy load (as with large screens or weak devices like tablet). Hopefullz fixed in r 10621
