Script tools with definition restart=1

Some script tools malfunction if the script environment is not restarted.

Therefore, it would be helpful if script tools that have restart=1 defined deactivate the tool at the end of execution and switch to the inspection tool.

This ensures that the tool and the script environment are restarted when used again.

In principle, there is already the restart=1 parameter in the documentation. However, it is difficult to determine when the tool has ended, as two click tools can take infinite amount of time and the place where the error message is recovered is not the best place to reinit the machine.
