Residential cityhouses

Here are the first residential houses for building of "blocks". There will be also houses with 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 floors upon ground level.

Please, test and write your suggestions.

Even if there are visible 4 possible houses (1 house per line), there are only three because images in the fourth line are only for additional rotations.

And also, only the first house has all 8 rotations - meanwhile other 2 houses (with gate) have only 4 basic rotations.

All sets will be like this. But some later sets (with more floors - than 4) will have different style of ground floor.

It may mean even that there ground floor would be fully missing, replaced by only columns bearing matter of house above them.

The basic shape is nice but they look a little to brand new, missing all the little details like flowers on balkonies, an old plakard pasted to the wall in the gate, some dirt near the rinstone, ...

Some beautification is possible.

But at first I have to fix roof colour and shape of shadings upon shops' windows.
Also, few questions:

1) What level should they get? (in test I found that current level seems be too high)
2) What to do with base (that is under house)? (I looked on some other buildings and it seems like better would be erasing and replacing by command needs_ground in dat file but I am not sure)

New version of the first block of residential cityhouses.

Improved partially in coordance with prissi's ideas, but not fully. However, winter version is still missing - and may be added later.

Ground erased - and replaced by order needs_ground in dat file.
After long thinking about it, I decided to create residential blocks with only 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 floors.

May be that later I would prepare also a bit modern version with empty walls (it means less windows or so) covered by pictures. Only hard to say what to paint there.

But at first, I would like to create rest 5 block houses - together with monuments based on them (so, each will appear in game only once) or should I create them as only curiosities (instead of monuments) and let all town to have chance to grow with these stable complete blocks?
