When running the 125.0.1 (r12334) with pak128 2.10.3, a factory gets the electricity production boost when you build a transformer station even if it hasn't been connected to a power station yet. Originally saw this with v. 125.0.1 and pak128 2.10.1.

Started a completely new game, did nothing but build a transformer station next to an oil field which immediately got an 80% production boost for electricity.

The boost is shown immediately in the Production/Boost graph and also in the "Max xxx/month, currently xxx/minute" header on the factory window. Removing the transformer immediately drops both to the previous value.

This seems to happen to all factories that get an electricity boost, I tested a few and all got their maximum boost.

Tested the same in an existing save game where the factory was already being serviced, ran it for a while and confirmed that the factory was indeed producing more with the unconnected transformer station than without.

The problem is known, but it's more of a visual issue. The factory only receives the boost, if it's not consuming any power. If the factory is operating but not receiving power, it doesn't get the boost. A not connected transformer won't result in any real increase of production.

I might be able to find the thread where this was already discussed.
