Buying cityhouses in v102.2

I just downloaded v 102.2 and am trying it out (pak128). There is one new feature that I find exciting but I have not been able to use it yet:

ADD: (Dwachs) buying cityhouse will protect them from renovation

How can I buy cityhouses? Thanks.

this must included in a menu or define a key

pak.german included a button in menu 'special tools'
