Hello,

I enjoyed playing on simutrans 2/3 years ago and there was a particular version where you didn't need any signals or signal blocks.

I am finding the signals a headache, and would much rather go back to the other one where I had over 5 trains running the same track (lol!) ... does anyone know what it is? or where to find it?

Thanks a lot people :) :)

I must be 0.84 version or lower. As far as I remember, signals have been there since at least 3-4 years ago.

0.84 had signals too, but with a trick one could place many trains on a rail without using any signals. I remember that some people used that "feature".

I have an 0.84 version for download, but I think it was one of the less stable ones, due to a recent rework of UI features and problem in the event handling code:

Arh yes, two questions please:

1) is there a more updated version where you can use multiple trains on the same track without need for signals?
2) also, is it possible to change the system (of the latest  version) so that you can do that, like an edit or something?

Signals are driving me insane :S
