All aircraft stuck. What's happened?

Press 'b' (Show/reset reserved ways) to see whether one of those runway tiles are reserved. If there is a red tile on runway, click it to reset it. Pressing 'b' returns you back to normal.

the aircraft has to wait for runway to be clear i think
