Getting Started with simutrans experimental

Hi

I am using simutrans standard for over a year and I'm approaching the Experimental version. I have some doubts ....
1) There are versions for simutrans experimental Nightly (as nightly for simutrans standard) and the tracking of svn (http://svnlogs.simutrans.com/)?
2) Looking at the lecomotive that you can buy in the "depot" I've seen that many shows "LOCO_INFO_EXT" instead of features, it is a problem of pak (I'm using the pak britain ex) or means that information is available in an external file?
3) There are add-ons for pak supported?

Welcome to Simutrans-Experimental! To answer your questions:

(1) there are not currently any nightly versions, although I understand that attempts are currently being made to set up nightly versions;
(2) you need to download the Simutrans-Experimental settings files (including language files for your language) to work with Simutrans-Experimental;
(3) you can use any pakset with Simutrans-Experimental, although only some paksets support Simutrans-Experimental specific features: see here for details.
