Vessels cannot be used in new game

I use the latest version 110.0.1 and PAK 128 1.4.6 on window XP system. I open a new game and try to use ship deport. All ship assigned to line say cannot find the route and refuse to depart the deport. Other vehicle such as bus and rail do not encountered same problem. When I save the game and load it again, this issue disappeared. All the things seems to be back to normal. But the same story repeat when I open a new game again. Please check if it is a bug from 110.0.1 since I do not encountered the same before. Thanks.

This is fixed in the nightlies. Rotating the map also should fix this.
