A w32 libbz2.lib

Anyone can point me to a usable libbz2.lib binary for windows? As a dynamic or static version, I don't mind, I tried to compile them but they make my simutrans crash when I load/save games, so I must be doign something wrong!

Tried to get one from the links provided in this forum but the links don't work any longer.
