Exp9.8:Prices of ways, vehicles,buildings,etc.

Prices of new items are already for a long time a problem. After a serious calculating and guessing you have a realistic price for an item. The result after using makeobj is often a surprise. Should be the same, but it differs often a lot. (factor 2.5)
This "new" price is visible by hovering the build-buttons.
In Exp9.8 even these prices are not trustable. Building ways f.i. costs you 2,5 times more than indicated on the button.
Buying a Locomotion cost you almost 50K.
This version is still playable due to the fact that the transport-rates are very high. Also the passenger-factor of 16 is helping here.
The latter will however causing problems when cities are getting bigger in the early years. You have no means to deal with a real lot of passengers. (available means are to slow and to small)

When are you planning that next release?
The existing 9.8 can be used, but payback times of week i.s.o. years is so unrealistic that using/testing of 9.8 is waste of time.

it is always hard to predict a release schedule, since it is impossible to know how long that each task will take, and what new bugs will be found during the time that I am fixing the existing ones, nor how long that it will take to fix the bugs not yet discovered. I do realise that there are difficulties with 9.8, and am working to release 9.9 when I can.
