I would like to know if there's any streetlight addon for pak64. Just like pak96.comic.

There's one object called road with streetlights at addons.simutrans.com

This one I already found. I was looking for another one, one to use on any street.

In the future, I am planning to create Street lights into Pak64. But that is far down the TO-DO list. :)
