[0.8.1] one configuration line missing in simuconf.tab

Under the display settings, the following line is missing.

Code Select
# Show infos also on bare ground?
# (1=on, 0=off)
ground_info = 0

When it's missing, it always defaults to on whenever the game is started, regardless of it being off in the main config file.
