problem with the foundation of a new city

I can't create a new city
An error occurs "no suitable ground" on any point of map
i think that i exceeded some limit of population or number of cities
how can I check this?

This rather point to no suitable townhall climates in the pak file. What is your pak file?

the creation of cities was available on this map before
Moreover, absolutely all cities were created by me

Well, it crashed in my tries because no bridge was available. Otherwise it worked fine. After a while all cities will be names simcity, but other than that should work fine. At least in the latetst (>5060) nightly.

Unfortunately, the problem remains in Nightly Build
and after map enlarging new cities does not generate too

Maybe you pak file is damaged. It works for me.

no, i tryed with clear pak and default simuconf settings
and in new cities all right

Maybe a different language setting? What language did you try it?
