No vehicle list for pak64.japan?

Recently, available vehicle list became a feature. But I cannot find it in the "Lists" panel. Why?

The pak64.japan has been not released for quite some time, only recieving internal updates. It was a very long time until I had any feedback on it, so I did not bother. It is an easy thing to do.
