Comic 192 starting map settings

I'm a long time player, but can't say I'm real good at setting up the maps, seems like the standard for what I typically go to doesn't work with the COMIC 192 (steam).
I'm playing somewhere around 1300x1300, 2,300 median citzens, The factories, I think I'm in the hundreds, but in COMIC 192, it seems like it puts way more then normal...Or maybe it is just me.

Any recommendations for starting settings?

Hey there,

that used to be a bug in the pakset.
Sadly the Simutrans you can get via steam is too old for the current pak192.comic.

There's three ways to get the fix into your game:

Download the game from the nightly website as well as the pakset from github.
Unzip the pakset into the game folder and you're ready to go.

Download the nightly in steam and the pak192.comic for that.
Though I have to admit that steam is a weird black box for me so I can't help you with that.

Build the pakset with an old version of makeobj:
Download the sources, get yourself a stable copy of makeobj and run the DatConverter.sh and the Compile_Converted_Serverset.sh after.

Really depends on the pakset you want to get.
Looking for release posts here on the forums always is a good idea.
Besides, there are nightly builds for some - eg. the pak192.comic is available here: https://github.com/Flemmbrav/Pak192.Comic/releases/tag/Nightly
