Scripted scenarios

Whoudn't it be a good idea to put some scenerios in the pak128 distribution (for example) so people have some scenarios to play and test around?

Aren't they in SVN since Rev. 991 (thanks to Dwachs)?

Hence, shouldn't they be in latest nightly as well?

Prolly, but on http://128.simutrans.com/ the stable version you download doesn't include them.

Is that the same version the simutrans installer downloads?

Well, a new stable would be nice, probably before Christmas, when it will snow even more in Pak128

Hi, I wanted to try out the new scripted scenarios, but I can't load them. I use latest stable r6000, and pak128 scenarios from this thread, but the "load scenario" dialog is just empty. Perhaps I just do not know where exactly should I place the files? (I'm playing on Linux)

you should install the scenarios from here:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/simutrans/files/simutrans/112-0/

Unzip the archive in the folder, where simutrans is installed. The scenario files should end up in simutrans/pak128/scenario (if the program itself is in simutrans/ )

Maybe files linked here are not up-to-date.
