When entering the current, (in official) public online game yesterday, I remarked, that the city limits of one of the cities has extended unusually wide.
The city of 'Schwelm' has suddenly a city area that extends up to the coordinate (0,1), right to the top left corner, almost the most north and west possible... and has multiplied it's area by 45 times it's original size.

Reading the coordinates from the map just now, I there found a residential building belonging to the city of 'Schwelm', but still I have no explanation, for how this came to be.

As expected, now city buildings slowly pop-up within this new huge city area, wherever a preexisting road is found they can clutch on to. The new city limits now fully include one other city, which is somehow hilarious   ;D ;D ;D

Having a look in the city's stats, I can't find any conspicuity. All I can say this must have happend between in-game time-line oct. 1834 and apr. 1836.

Find the savegame until May 10th, at the simutrans-germany.com file exchange.

Out of curiosity , i removed the citybuildings in the most north-west corner... and what you say? The city limits shrank back to normal..

Meanwhile I can report that this behavior is somewhat consistent and does not only appear in the 128.german pak, but in the current pak128-2.10.0 too.

Further it only tends to happen, after any player was disconnected just after logging in (and after leaving the server without players, I think).

I guess*, that at the disconnection, any random city was in the process of placing/renewing a city-building and when the a player connects the next time, the building gets still placed but has now dropped the coordinates-values (or a reference) and therefore is built at the north-west, respectively near the coordinates 0,0.
