[GUI] Some windows do not change the color of the title.

I am using the parameter "default_window_title_color = # 0c4d01", but it has no effect on the finance window for example.

Because all windows that show player specific information (stop, list, schedules) will have player color in their window bar. That is to avoid confusion.

Usp my mistake, I made player changes, but I think I didn't notice the color change in those windows. :p
